RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

DEPOSITS:  Any reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 50$ for each room booked. This deposit will
be reimbursed for cancellations made 5 days or more before the arrival date @ 4:00pm.

CANCELLATIONS:  For cancellations made 4 days or less before the arrival date @ 4:00 pm, the deposit will be reimbursed less a 5% service charge for each room reserved.  A fee of one night’s stay applies for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the arrival date @ 4:00pm.

PAYMENTS: Full payment for the room is required the day before the reservation begins. This amount is payable by interac transfer to this email address; bagnell-hall@msn.com

CHANGES: Once you arrive for your stay, we cannot refund you for changes to the reservation. While we sympathize with situations that arise to necessitate a cancellation, no refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.

CHECK IN: 4:00pm
CHECK OUT: 11:00am

ROOMS: Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, TV with satellite, WI FI connection. A coffee maker or hair dryer is available upon request.

HOUSEKEEPING:  There is no housekeeping service during your stay. We therefore ask you to help us keep the room neat & tidy.  Please try to reuse the towels when possible to minimize laundry & help us preserve the environment.
We would appreciate help to empty the recycling & waste baskets, but we will check the room daily for dirty towels, cleanliness & garbage.

ANIMALS: We accept pets on the premises in specific rooms but with certain restrictions. There is a 25$ charge per night.

NO SMOKING POLICY:
All rooms are designated as “NON-SMOKING”.
You will be asked to leave if you smoke cigarettes, vapes or drugs in your room.

DAMAGED ITEMS: You are responsible to pay for any article or piece of equipment in your room that you damage or that goes missing during your stay. 

POOL: Open from 11:00am to 8:00pm.
– No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk!

– No running or jumping is permitted. Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times.

– No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted in pool area.

– Please bring your own pool towels as they are not supplied.

FIREWOOD: Available for a campfire @ 15$ per bag
