Our policies

Reservation Policy

Any reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 50$ for each room booked……..

Reservations for an extended stay (3+ days), a holiday weekend or a special event or a block of rooms (3+) require a deposit of 100$ for each room booked.

Cancellation Policy

This deposit will be reimbursed for cancellations made 5 days or more before the arrival date @ 4:00pm less a 10% fee. For cancellations made 4 days or less before the arrival date @ 4:00 pm, the deposit will be reimbursed less a 25$ service charge for each room reserved.

Animals Policy

We accept pets on the premises in certain rooms.

Smoking Policy

No Smoking inside the buildings. You may smoke outside.
