Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

Any reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 50$ for each room booked. This deposit will

be reimbursed for cancellations made 5 days or more before the arrival date @ 4:00pm minus a fee of 5$.

For cancellations made 4 days or less before the arrival date @ 4:00 pm, the deposit will be reimbursed less a 25$ service charge for each room reserved.

A fee of one night's stay applies for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the arrival date @ 4:00pm.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for any holiday weekend or any weekend in the months of July and August.

Reservations for an extended stay (3+ days), a holiday weekend, **a special event or

a block of rooms (3+) require a deposit of 100$ for each room booked. This deposit will

be reimbursed for cancellations made 8 days or more before the arrival date @ 4:00pm

minus a fee of 10$.

For cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date at 4:00pm, the deposit will be reimbursed less a 35$ service charge for each room reserved. No refund will be given for a cancellation made 24 hours or less before the arrival date at 4:00pm. In addition, no changes to the reservation will be accepted if made less than 2 days before.

While we sympathize with situations that arise to necessitate a cancellation, no refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.

**special event = wedding, anniversary, reunion, conference, fair, festival.

CHECK IN: 4:00pm

CHECK OUT: 11:00am

ROOMS: Each room is equipped with a coffeemaker & mini-fridge.

During your stay, daily housekeeping is available @ 20$ per day if requested.

TELEVISION: Satellite TV & DVD player in each room of Cottage Complex.

Rent DVDs from the office @ 1$ each.

TELEPHONE: There is no telephone in any of the rooms.

Only emergency calls will be permitted on our business line.

ANIMALS: We accept pets on the premises in specific rooms and with

certain retrictions. There is a 15$ charge per night.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

All rooms are designated as "NON-SMOKING".

You will be asked to leave if you smoke in your room.

Also, you will be charged with a cleaning fee of 50$ or more.

Damaged Items:
You are responsible to pay for any article or piece of equipment in your room that you damage, that goes missing during your stay or that gets soiled abnormally with any beverage, bedwetting or vomit. An extra cleaning charge of up to 50$ will apply.
Parents are responsible for their children.

POOL: Open from 11:00am to 8:00pm.

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk!

No running or diving is permitted.
Parents must supervise their children at all times.

No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted in pool area.

Bath towels for the pool are not supplied.

FIREWOOD: Available for a campfire @ 10$ per bag.
